So one day I was doing my benching and hit 205 for a double. Felt great. The next day I go in and bench again and notice a little pain in my right shoulder. I work up to 205 for 1 and then do my back off sets. The day after that, I go in and bench again and the pain is now worse. I cut the bench workout short and give it a few days but it was still there and now I felt pain when I tried to push a door open. I want to reiterate that I had felt no pain whatsoever the day I benched 215, it was only the next day that I felt some discomfort.
